Why Every Treatment Begins with a Personalised Consultation

 

At our clinic, every treatment begins with a private, personalised consultation. This allows us to understand your individual goals, assess your suitability for treatment, and design a plan tailored specifically for you.

 

As a nurse-led clinic, your safety and results are our highest priorities. During your consultation, we take the time to review your medical history, discuss the most appropriate treatment options, and ensure that you feel fully informed and confident before proceeding.

 

This bespoke approach ensures every treatment is preformed with precision, care, and the highest standard of clinical care.

Pre & Post Treatment Care

Before treatment....

  • Please be well hydrated- drinking at least 1L in the day prior to treatment and the morning of treatment

  • Avoid caffeinated drinks an hour prior to treatment

  • Do not consume a large meal prior to treatment

  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior 

  • Avoid using fake tan or tanning creams in treatment area

  • Please wear comfortable clothing

After treatment....

  • ​Continue to drink plenty of water 

  • Limit alcohol intake

  • Avoid sun exposure to treated areas- apply SPF

  • 30 minutes of exercise is recommended post fat cavitation

We are unable to treat you if......

  • If you are pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive 

  • If you are under the age of 18·      

  • If you have any metal implants in the treated area

  • If you have a pacemaker or defibrillator

  • If you have any cardiac or vascular stents

  • If you have a nerve stimulator or drug pump

  • If you have any heart, kidney, liver, blood, vascular or thyroid conditions

  • If you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure

  • If you have epilepsy or seizures

  • If you have cancer

  • If you have had recent surgery

  • Any communicable diseases ie shingles

  • Poor lymphatic systems- lipoedema

  • If you're taking blood thinners

  • If you are menstruating 

 

*Always consult your GP if you are unsure if you should receive any treatments. Certain conditions are not contraindicated with all treatments that Sculpt and Glow LAB offer.

Booking Policies

  • All appointments are subject to a 20% booking fee that is required at the time of booking to confirm your desired time and date. This is deducted from the treatment on the day. This is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • We require 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Missed appointments or cancelled appointments without 24 hours' notice will forfeit any booking fee paid and /or treatment session. Refunds will not be given. This also applies to package deals.

  • Late arrivals may not be able to have their full treatment time, so please be on time.

  • No-shows on the day will require a 50% booking fee before being able to re-book.

  • Full payment for packages is due at first appointment.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
