Yes. All new clients are required to complete a consultation before treatment. This allows us to assess your suitability, discuss your goals, review your medical history, and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan.

Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our booking system. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us. All payments and bookings are securely processed via Fresha, our user-friendly partner. ​

Yes. You can purchase a gift certificate via our booking system (Fresha) or in-clinic. *Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied towards the cost of your treatment and help ensure appointment availability.

This is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. We require 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments or cancelled appointments without 24 hours' notice will forfeit any booking fee paid and /or treatment session. Refunds will not be given. This also applies to package deals. Late arrivals may not be able to have their full treatment time, so please be on time. No-shows on the day will require a 50% booking fee before being able to re-book. Full payment for packages is due at first appointment. GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. ​

Yes. Our most common packages can be found on our package page. We tailor packages to suit our clients goals. *Payment for the package is due at the initial appointment.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Depending on the treatment area, you may be asked to expose the area being treated.

To maintain a relaxing and professional clinic environment, we ask that only clients attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled if necessary. No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid.

No. There have been limited studies on the effect of body contouring treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding, therefore we do not recommend any body sculpting treatments.

Certain medical conditions, implanted medical devices, medications, or other factors may affect treatment suitability. A full consultation and assessment will be completed before treatment.

Preparation requirements vary depending on the treatment. In general, we recommend staying well hydrated, avoiding excessive alcohol consumption, avoid caffeinated drinks an hour prior to any treatment, and following any specific instructions provided during your consultation.

You will be advised to avoid sun exposure, active skincare products and certain medications prior to treatment. You may also be advised to apply tyrosinase inhibitors. Full preparation instructions will be provided during the consultation.
